Stoneridge Builders, LLC is a small privately owned company.  Stuart MacDiarmid and his daughter, Heidi created the company in an effort to be able to work together, combining Heidi’s real estate/Creative skills with Stuart’s abundance of knowledge in the construction field.  Heidi has 9 years of experience in new construction real estate and Stuart has 30 years of construction background including learning the trade on the job when he was just out of school and since then, moving on to oversee several commercial and residential projects of his own.

Stoneridge Builders has been building new homes in the Jackson, TN area since 2003.  “Our success has definitely come from being fortunate enough to work with dedicated sub-contractors that know our standards and strive to keep them.”  This is the answer Stuart gives when asked about the success of their building company.  Integrity and honesty are two words that will take you a long way if you apply them.  Stoneridge Builders does just that with each home they build.

Building 12-15 homes per year leaves us the time to keep individual contact with our homeowners and make sure that any warranty issues are handled swiftly and properly.
